Terms & Conditions

General Terms

• All products sold by Glamourra Bharat Private Limited are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

• Prices, specifications, and availability may change without prior notice.

• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled without written approval from the company.

• Goods once sold cannot be returned or replaced, except in cases of manufacturing defects verified by our technical team.

2. Payment Terms

• All orders are processed only after receiving 100% advance payment, unless otherwise approved by the management.

• Banking charges, taxes, duties, or additional fees must be borne by the buyer.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping charges are paid by the customer.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen conditions.

• Risk and responsibility of goods transfer to the buyer once the shipment is dispatched.

4. Warranty Terms

• All ultrasonic machines come with a one-year standard warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Horns, fixtures, tooling, consumables, servo motors, and electrical earthing components are NOT covered under warranty.

• Proper earthing & servo installation is mandatory for claiming any warranty.

• Warranty becomes void if:

  • Machine is operated with improper electrical setup

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs are done

  • Misuse, mishandling, or overloading of the equipment occurs

5. After-Sales Support

• Service visits, installation charges, and technician travel expenses are chargeable unless specified in the agreement.

• Replacement parts during the warranty period (if approved) will be provided free of cost, but logistics charges may apply.

6. Legal & Jurisdiction

• All disputes, claims, or legal matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.

• The buyer agrees to comply with all terms upon placing an order.
